Returns & Refunds policy

You are entitled to cancel your order within 12 hours without providing any reason.

The deadline for canceling an order is 12 hours from the time of purchase.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by sending a clear statement via email to support@ojasatelier.com.

For returns:

You have 14 days from the date of receiving the goods to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, please ensure that:

• The goods were purchased within the last 14 days.

• The goods are in their original packaging.

The following goods cannot be returned:

• Items made to your specifications or personalized.

• Perishable goods or items with expired dates.

• Items unsuitable for return due to health or hygiene reasons if unsealed after delivery.

• Items inseparably mixed with other items after delivery.

We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet the above conditions.

Returning Goods:

You are responsible for the cost and risk of returning the goods to us. Please contact us at support@ojasatelier.com for further queries related to Returns.

We recommend using an insured and trackable mail service, as we cannot be held responsible for lost or damaged return shipments. Refunds will be issued upon receipt of the returned goods or proof of return delivery.

Gifts:

If the goods were marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit once the returned product is received.

If the goods weren't marked as a gift or were shipped to the gift giver, the refund will be issued to the original payment method.
